Last week Madea appeared as White House Communications Director on “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.” This week Madea’s alter ego and creator, Tyler Perry will sit down with the ladies from “The Talk” to promote his latest film, “Boo 2! A Madea Halloween.”

As one of the hardest working people in show business, the mogul, and New Orleans-native earned the distinction of being the highest paid entertainer in 2011. Primarily based on the broad appeal of films where he starred as the outspoken, yet lovable grandmother Madea and his TBS television show, “House of Payne,” Perry saw unprecedented success. To such a great degree that Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has ordered a 38-episode spin-off called the “The Paynes.” According to “the comedy has begun production at the new Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta and will premiere on OWN in 2018.”

Catch Tyler Perry this Monday on “The Talk” with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood. (“The Talk,” CBS, Monday, October 16th, 2 pm ET 1 pm PT/CT.)
