Shamarr Allen calls himself the best that’s ever done it!  That’s mighty lofty considering other New Orleans horn greats like, Satchmo and Wynton Marsalis; not to mention his contemporaries, Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah and Nicholas Payton.  He’s pretty dope, though!
